Description
DB3 Diac
Bidirectional semiconductor switch used to trigger TRIACs in AC phase-control applications (dimmers, soft starters, etc.). Once the breakover voltage is reached, the device snaps on in either polarity, providing a clean gate pulse for the TRIAC.
