The rotary encoder module operates at 5V with very low power consumption. It converts rotary motion into a series of pulses, allowing measurement of rotation count.
This encoder generates a total of 20 pulses for a full 360-degree rotation.
One of its main applications is measuring RPM (rotations per minute) by connecting it to a motor shaft.
